Shipping & Delivery
To avoid delays in receiving your order, please provide us with a valid daytime phone number in case we have any questions about your order so that we can contact you immediately.
Please allow two business days for your order to be shipped.
Shipping Fees:
All shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, shipping method, and the weight and dimensions of the package.
Free Shipping: Free shipping available in the continental United States on any order over $75, excluding baskets and basket accessories.
Shipping Time:
Any order placed by 12:00 PM PST Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) will ship within 24 - 48 hours. If you’ve placed an order after 12:00 PM PST or on a weekend, your order will be processed on the next business day.
Orders placed with expedited shipping will ship out the same day if the orders are placed by 12:00 PM PST Monday – Friday (excluding public holidays.)
Certain apparel items include shipping costs and are clearly indicated on their product pages. For these items, delivery is estimated to take 6-10 business days. These items may be shipped separately and are custom-made for you upon order placement, which contributes to the slightly longer delivery time. By opting for on-demand production rather than bulk manufacturing, we can minimize overproduction. We appreciate your thoughtful purchasing decisions.
International Shipping:
• Shipping Carriers: We use DHL, UPS, and USPS for international shipping. Apparel items fulfilled by our partner, Printful, may ship from their own warehouses.
• Shipping Costs: All shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, shipping method, and the weight and dimensions of the package.
• Taxes and Duties:
• We do not collect international taxes, duties, or VAT at checkout.
• If applicable, these fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery to your country. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
International Shipping Times
• Shipping times vary based on the destination country and the selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
• Please Note:
• These times are approximate and may be affected by customs delays or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Orders fulfilled through Printful for apparel may have separate processing and shipping timelines.
HOLIDAY AND WEEKEND SHIPPING:
Weekends (Saturday & Sunday) do not count as shipping days. (ex. A two day package shipped on a Thursday, will arrive on Monday). Orders will be filled three business days after a holiday.
30 Day Return:
You may return any item to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date of purchase for a full refund of the product. If you want to return a product, please contact us at info@discgolf.com and provide a copy of the receipt, or order number, billing last name, email and phone number to contact you. Shipping costs will not be refunded, and a 15% restocking fee will be charged. You are responsible for shipping the item back.
Return Policy:
Please ensure that any product you wish to return is unused, in its original packaging, and has all tags still attached. You agree that it is at the sole and absolute discretion of DGA to determine if the product has been used.
- New Baskets, Discs, Bags, Apparel, or Accessories, must show no signs of use and must be returned in the original poly bag, or box (e.g. all tags still attached, no scrapes on the plastic, etc.).
