The Typhoon is a stable distance driver with exceptional glide and moderate fade. Designed by 2X world champion Catrina Allen to fill the slot between the Rogue and the Hurricane, the Typhoon is becoming the maximum distance driver of choice for many of our team members. Controlled hyzer-flips for the bigger arms, and forward skipping maximum distance shots for the rest of us means this glidey driver has slot in any bag.

The 12 speed for the masses

The Typhoon is a disc that I didn't know I needed. I've thrown discs from other companies that I thought would fill this slot, but the Typhoon does what I expected all those other discs to do. I throw in the 350' range and this flies great at that distance. Where this disc shines is on easy flex forehands. Release it flat with a little power and it'll give you that nice S flight both backhand and forehand. It feels good in the hand and I'm looking forward to trying it in other plastics

Hoping to get a little more of the turn speed -2 once the disc breaks in more, but still a great disc flight nonetheless the less.

Delivery and the Typhoon

As far as shipping and delivery process, DGA did a top-notch job. As for the Typhoon, It's still a work in progress. I don't think I can use it on a windy day. But, I keep grabbing it out of my bag for those long straight drives with a reliable finish. I don't get the understability of a big arm 400' thrower. I get a straight flight until the last 50' with my 330' arm.
