The Mach 7’s shielded inner Visibility Ring allows you to focus on the catching zone rather than outside of it. The Mach 7 is hot-dipped galvanized and is available in three different mounting options, it also comes with a 25-year warranty.

Disc Golf Basket Mounting Options

  1. No Frills Mounting Option: No Frills disc golf targets cement directly into the ground and is perfect for permanent and secure installation.

  2. Standard Mounting Option: In a Standard Mounting option the target is mounted in an anchor and secured with a collar. The basket can be moved for and secured to another anchor for more variety,  or removed for seasonal storage (locks not included).

  3. Portable Mounting Option: DGA disc golf targets mounted on portable bases allow you to move your baskets anywhere. Portable mounting options for Mach 5, Mach 7, and Mach X disc golf baskets come with an all-weather wheel for easier target placement.

My favorite basket is the Mach X but I got the 7 because more courses have them including my local course, DeLaveaga. I wish the really good permanent baskets were more affordable for people who can’t currently get them. Maybe a program for scholarships for practice baskets…?

Mach 7 weights for the three mounting options are as follows:
No Frills, 70 Lbs.
Standard, 74 Lbs.
Portable, 75 Lbs.

This basket has 28 Strands And 3 Successive Rows Of Heavy-Duty Chain, A Visibility Ring that helps with my aim it also provides a nice place to conceal small LED's to illuminate the chains for putting in darkness. The outer ring of chains has a small 2" bar that acts as a shock absorber so the disc don't bounce back! I love this basket
